Requirements for the use of the Digitec Galaxus AG customs clearance solution (EU Hub)

• Headquarters in the European Union

• Fully automated product and order data interface (minimum forward logistics)

• All products have EAN, weight, country of origin & taric (customs tariff number)

• Good product data quality (purchase relevant properties, descriptions, pictures, etc.)

• Shipment number per package and electronic export invoice

• Shipment number of the parcel service provider as barcode "scannable" on the package

• Active EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification)

• Feedback on customer requests (2-level) within 24h

• Settlement agreement for warranty claims

• Our marketplace in Germany is intended for merchants from the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK)

• Registered office in the European Union incl. VAT registration OR if registered office in a third country (CH, UK, NO) VAT / sales tax registration in Germany

• Ideally fully automated product and order data interface

• All products have EAN, WEEE number, weight, price & country of origin

• Good product data quality (purchase relevant features, descriptions, images, etc.)

• Feedback on customer requests (2-level) within 24h
