How does Galaxus handle my payment process with the end customer?

4 What do the financial flows look like?

Galaxus acts as a facilitator within the merchant programme. Among other things, Galaxus handles the entire payment process. However, the contract is concluded between you and the end customer.

Below is a simplified illustration of the payment process of customer orders for your products sold via Galaxus.

After the physical dispatch of the goods to the customer, Galaxus will pay you the cession/assignment of claims and collect the sales fee monthly.

If a customer returns an order, we will refund the sales fee, and you will return the cession/assignment of claims.
