1 Data protection declaration regarding data of the marketplace participant
1.1 Processing of personal data of the participant.
Data of legal persons, such as a limited liability company (GmbH), are generally not subject to the scope of application of data protection regulations, in particular the DSGVO and the BDSG. If personal data that the participant provides to Galaxus (e.g. as part of the onboarding process) and/or is collected by Galaxus in any other way (e.g. names of managing directors, IP addresses) nevertheless fall within the scope of data protection law, Galaxus will provide the following information regarding the processing of the relevant data.

1.5 Processing of your data
Galaxus complies with existing data protection regulations when processing data.
Galaxus processes data to fulfil the rights and obligations arising from these terms of use. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 I lit. b) DSGVO (fulfilment of a contract).
1.6 Your rights
You are entitled to the following rights, provided that the respective legal requirements have been met:
Pursuant to Art. 15 DS-GVO, you have the right to information as to whether and which of your data is stored or processed by us or our contractual partners.
You can demand a correction of your data according to Art. 16 DS-GVO.
According to Art. 17 DS-GVO, you have the right to have your data deleted, unless legal obligations require further storage.
In addition, you can restrict the processing of your data, e.g. in accordance with Art. 18 DS-GVO, if the accuracy of the data is disputed, the data processing is unlawful or you object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DS-GVO.
Furthermore, you have the right to receive the data in a machine-readable form in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
