Contact Data
GENERAL
Please note that editing contact information can only be performed by users with the "Admin" role. If you do not have admin rights, please reach out to an administrator in your team.
Open the platform and navigate to "Settings". From there, select the "Contact Information" section.
Keep your email addresses and phone numbers up to date at all times to ensure smooth communication.

EMAILS
The email addresses you provide determine which employee receives specific notifications. For each email type, you will find a description explaining the purpose for which Galaxus requires the respective email address.
Edit or Delete Email Addresses
Edit: Click on the pencil icon to modify an existing email address. Update the address and save the changes.
Delete: Click on the trash bin icon to remove an email address. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the address.
Add a new email address
To add a new email address, click on "Add New Email." Enter the desired address and save it to activate it for notifications.

To update addresses, please contact the Galaxus employee listed at the bottom of the screen under "Do You Need Help?"
PHONE NUMBERS
Edit or Delete Phone Numbers
Edit: Click on the pencil icon to modify an existing phone number. Update the number and save the changes.
Delete: Click on the trash bin icon to remove a phone number. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove it.
Add New Phone Number
To add a new phone number, click on “Add New Phone Number.” Enter the desired number and save it.
