Marketplace Switzerland
Our marketplace is open to merchants with a registered business address in Switzerland, the EU, Norway or the United Kingdom (UK).
If your business is registered in Switzerland, a commercial register entry is required.
The technical integration requirements must be fully met
Can the requirements for integrating the product data be fully met?
GTIN, country of origin and weight are mandatory
Purchase-relevant attributes, descriptions and images should be available
All compliance requirements must be met
A returns address in Switzerland must be provided
Delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein must be guaranteed across the entire territory
The terms and conditions of Digitec Galaxus AG must be accepted
Service Levels must be fully met
Requirements for the use of the Digitec Galaxus AG customs clearance solution (EU Hub)
The EU Hub is exclusively open to companies with a registered business address in the European Union.
The technical integration requirements must be fully met.
Can the product data quality guidelines be fully met?
GTIN, country of origin, weight and TARIC (customs tariff number) are mandatory.
Purchase-relevant attributes, descriptions and images should be available.
A tracking number per parcel and an electronic export commercial invoice must be able to be transmitted.
An active EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) must be in place.
The parcel carrier's tracking number should be scannable as a barcode on the parcel.
A settlement agreement for warranty claims cases must be accepted.
The terms of use of Digitec Galaxus AG and the supplementary agreement for the EU Hub must be accepted.
