• Headquarters in the European Union, EFTA or UK

• A commercial register entry is mandatory (exception DE, but highly preferable)

• The technical integration requirements must be fully met

• The product data quality guidelines must be fully met

  • GTIN, country of origin and weight are mandatory

  • Purchase-relevant attributes, descriptions and images should be available

• Responses to support enquiries should be provided within 24 hours

• Logistical conditions and compliance requirements must be met

• The logistical conditions and compliance requirements must be met

• The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) of Digitec Galaxus AG must be accepted

• Service Levels must be fully met
