New return policy for EU from January 2026
After receiving the order, the customer has the option of returning the goods within the return period.

As of 19 January 2026, the return policy for http://www.galaxus.de and the partner sites in in Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy will change.
The section ‘Are there any products I cannot return?’ in the return policy will be worded as follows:
Are there any products that I cannot return?
Damaged products
Missing or damaged original packaging
Products with missing accessories
Electronic software licences (ESD)
Plants and food products
Cars and motorcycles
Resale offers from private sellers
The following products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened:
Consumables such as toner, filters, ink cartridges
Certain hygiene products such as underwear or sex toys
Books, DVDs and software without broken seals
Collectibles such as LEGO or Pokémon cards
