The goal of Galaxus is to provide our customers access to an extraordinarily wide range of well-maintained products with detailed information. On top of this, Galaxus strives to offer a wide range of services that make the shopping experience even more attractive and convenient – regardless of time and place.
For this purpose, Galaxus maintains a network of service partners throughout Switzerland. The services range from assembling furniture to installing household appliances and commissioning IT products for various training courses. The range of services is growing constantly. Galaxus cooperates with qualified and motivated service partners from different sectors and regions. In this sense, Galaxus functions as a platform through which our service partners can offer their services to our customers and generate added value in their shopping experience.
