5 Where does Galaxus provide me with additional support?

A weekly merchant programme reporting by e-mail (Excel file) is offered. The reporting is divided into three sections:

• Sales development: sales development on Galaxus can be tracked. An overview of the turnover achieved in the past month is provided.

• Turnover of the last four weeks: the development of various product types, brands, or top-selling products over the last four weeks can be explored.

• Sales potential: at the product level, products offered by other suppliers at more attractive conditions can be exploited.
