As soon as you have accepted the order in the CMI and set the requirements to "Met" after clarification, the shipping of the products is triggered. Only when the shipment has been triggered, you will find the orders here again:
If you click on an individual Service Partner ID, you will see the exact details of the order:
At the bottom, under «Service partner order status», you will see the tracking URL and an estimated delivery date on the right. Unfortunately, this data is not visible for every service order.
