If you haven’t yet received a daily or weekly overview of all your open positions from us and would like to receive this information, please contact your Digitec Galaxus AG contact person. Tell him/her to which e-mail addresses the overview should be sent so that it can be configured in our system.
Depending on the configuration, you will receive an Excel-based overview of your currently open order positions at Digitec Galaxus AG by e-mail daily (approx. 9:00 am) or weekly (Tuesdays, approx. 9:00 am). This is for your information and should enable you to maintain your open order positions more efficiently. Please note that the update of the available information or the processing status must always be done via CMI (or via EDI if automated). Therefore, it isn’t necessary to process the list in Excel format.
The Excel list contains all open order items with details of the order number, product, order date, delivery date, etc. and a direct link to the CMI (Company Management Interface). The Excel consists of two sheets:
Backlog: Contains all open order items. We kindly ask you to process these items as quickly as possible and, in case of changes, to indicate the delivery status and delivery date.
Not in Backlog: Contains all items which have been marked as «not in backlog» by you. This list is for information purposes only and there is no further to-do on your part.
