The shipment was delivered to me with damaged packaging:

On the customer's premises, it was noticed that the product was damaged or parts were missing:

Please report the case including pictures to: servicepartner@digitecgalaxus.ch

The product must be dismantled again, packed securely for transport, and moved unless the customer explicitly insists that the product be left with him. Digitec Galaxus AG will arrange for replacement and will inform the customer. The work carried out may be charged to Digitec Galaxus AG.
