5 4 What do the financial flows look like?

Products sold via merchants are listed on the end customer's purchase receipt with the gross sales price.
However, Digitec Galaxus acts only as an agent in the merchant programme, and the merchant concludes all purchase contracts in its own name and for its own account. Therefore, each merchant is obliged to provide the customer with a VAT-compliant invoice upon request.
The contact details of the merchant are displayed in the footer of the Digitec Galaxus purchase receipt (e-mail address for enquiries). Invoices are expected within 48 hours on working days.
